HRE Performance Wheels 307-GTS

Seven narrow blades, warm satin bronze

Seven blades means the pattern never resolves into a mirror image, so the wheel looks slightly different from every position around the car. In a warm bronze that restlessness is easier to see than in the GT's gunmetal, because each narrow blade catches its own highlight and the face turns into a ring of separate bright lines rather than one dark shape.

Narrow blades also mean more of what is behind the wheel shows through, which is a real consideration if your calipers are painted or your barrels are a different color from the face. Seven is the last count in this family before the 312 and 313 start grouping spokes together, so it is the busiest of the simple faces.

Classic, forged monoblok, offered in 17", 18", 19", 20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Compact performance cars and track-styled coupes, and darker wraps that let seven bronze blades come forward. We've rendered it on 231 cars so far — same studio frame each time, wheel swapped in place.

Questions, answered

What sizes does the HRE 307-GTS come in?

17", 18", 19", 20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Diameter shown; width and offset are specified at order. It is forged monoblok, so the wheel is machined for the car rather than picked off a shelf. The GTS treatment is satin champagne bronze from hub to rim edge, with no contrasting lip on the monoblok.

Will the 307-GTS fit my car?

Almost certainly. Nothing in this set is cast — every wheel is forged to order, so width, offset, bolt pattern and centre bore are specified when you place the order. The variable that matters visually is diameter, and that is what these renders show.

Are these photos or renders?

Renders, and deliberately so. Each car is rendered once per wheel in the same studio frame, so the only thing that changes between two images is the wheel itself. A photo set shot in different places and different light can't give you that comparison.
