HRE Performance Wheels 301M

One-piece 301, no rivets in the picture

Losing the hardware changes the rhythm. On the three-piece 301 your eye stops at the rivet ring before it reaches the lip; on the 301M there is nothing to stop it, so those long outer slots feel longer and the face feels wider than it measures. The knot of crossed spokes at the center stays, which is what keeps the design recognizable at a glance.

Because the whole wheel takes one color, the 301M is the version that disappears into a build. HRE photographs it in everything from frozen red to gloss bronze, and on a car the effect is closer to trim than jewelry. Worth comparing side by side with the riveted 301 if you are unsure whether you want the wheel to announce itself.

Classic, forged monoblok, offered in 17", 18", 19", 20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Compact performance cars and coupes in strong single colors, where a color-matched or contrast-colored wheel is part of the plan. We've rendered it on 231 cars so far — same studio frame each time, wheel swapped in place.

Questions, answered

What sizes does the HRE 301M come in?

17", 18", 19", 20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Diameter shown; width and offset are specified at order. It is forged monoblok, so the wheel is machined for the car rather than picked off a shelf. The reference photos include frozen red, gloss bronze, gloss charcoal, frozen dark clear and plain brushed clear.

Will the 301M fit my car?

Almost certainly. Nothing in this set is cast — every wheel is forged to order, so width, offset, bolt pattern and centre bore are specified when you place the order. The variable that matters visually is diameter, and that is what these renders show.

Are these photos or renders?

Renders, and deliberately so. Each car is rendered once per wheel in the same studio frame, so the only thing that changes between two images is the wheel itself. A photo set shot in different places and different light can't give you that comparison.
