Common questions

How much does it cost to wrap a car in 2026?

Between $2,500 and $6,800 installed, depending mostly on the size of the car and the film. A compact in gloss sits at the bottom of that range; a large SUV in chrome or a color-shift flip sits at the top.

Why does the same car cost more in one film than another?

Film price and install difficulty. Gloss and satin are the baseline. Matte is a little more. Metallics and pearls carry a small premium, color-shift flips a large one, and chrome is the most expensive of all — it is delicate, slow to lay, and unforgiving of a mistake.

Is wrapping cheaper than painting?

For a quality job, usually yes — and it is reversible, which paint is not. A cheap respray can undercut a wrap, but it is not the comparison most people are actually making.

Does this include removing an old wrap?

No. Removal is quoted separately and depends on how long the old film has been on and how it was installed. Budget for it if the car is already wrapped.
