HRE Performance Wheels S107SC

Carved V-pairs suspended over a deep dish

Take the most three-dimensional face in this family and hang it over several inches of polished barrel. The five carved Vs keep all their ridges and hollows, but now every one of them casts a shadow down into the dish behind it, which doubles the sense of depth. The spoke tips finish as sharp points over the rivet ring.

This is as dramatic as the S1 family gets, and it is not subtle at any diameter from 20 to 24. On a wide-body car it looks like it belongs; on a standard arch it can look like too much wheel and not enough tire. The render will tell you which situation you are in faster than a tape measure will.

Series S, forged 2-piece fmr, offered in 20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Wide-body supercars and heavily modified coupes, and dark gloss wraps that make the polished dish read as a bright ring. We've rendered it on 231 cars so far — same studio frame each time, wheel swapped in place.

Questions, answered

What sizes does the HRE S107SC come in?

20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Diameter shown; width and offset are specified at order. It is forged 2-piece fmr, so the wheel is machined for the car rather than picked off a shelf. Shown with satin gold bronze, gloss black, gloss white gold, frozen polished champagne and frozen dark clear faces over a polished dish.

Will the S107SC fit my car?

Almost certainly. Nothing in this set is cast — every wheel is forged to order, so width, offset, bolt pattern and centre bore are specified when you place the order. The variable that matters visually is diameter, and that is what these renders show.

Are these photos or renders?

Renders, and deliberately so. Each car is rendered once per wheel in the same studio frame, so the only thing that changes between two images is the wheel itself. A photo set shot in different places and different light can't give you that comparison.
