HRE Performance Wheels S101SC

Twin-Y face over a deep riveted dish

This is the same forked face as the S101, mounted much further back. The spokes now sit well inside the rim, with a broad polished dish and a ring of rivets visible outside and behind them, and their tips extend out over that ring as sharp points. The wheel reads as two separate objects: a face, and a deep bowl around it.

That depth needs diameter to work, which is why the SC range starts at 20 inches rather than 18. On a big car the effect is dramatic from the side and almost invisible head-on, so if you are judging from a single photo, make sure it is a three-quarter one.

Series S, forged 2-piece fmr, offered in 20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Wide, lowered sedans and GT cars, and gloss or metallic wraps whose reflection runs down into the polished dish. We've rendered it on 231 cars so far — same studio frame each time, wheel swapped in place.

Questions, answered

What sizes does the HRE S101SC come in?

20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Diameter shown; width and offset are specified at order. It is forged 2-piece fmr, so the wheel is machined for the car rather than picked off a shelf. Shown with satin gold bronze, brushed champagne, brushed clear, frozen polished champagne and frozen polished gold faces over a polished dish.

Will the S101SC fit my car?

Almost certainly. Nothing in this set is cast — every wheel is forged to order, so width, offset, bolt pattern and centre bore are specified when you place the order. The variable that matters visually is diameter, and that is what these renders show.

Are these photos or renders?

Renders, and deliberately so. Each car is rendered once per wheel in the same studio frame, so the only thing that changes between two images is the wheel itself. A photo set shot in different places and different light can't give you that comparison.
