HRE Performance Wheels S104SC

Ten-spoke face, deep polished dish behind it

Depth changes what an open face actually shows you. On the flat S104 those big windows frame the caliper; on the SC they frame the inside of the dish, because there is now several inches of polished barrel between the spokes and the back of the wheel. The ten slim blades end in points that hang over the bolt ring.

The result is a wheel that looks far more expensive in motion, since the dish catches a moving band of light that a flat face never picks up. It also means the brake behind it matters less, which is useful if your calipers are stock and you would rather nobody looked at them.

Series S, forged 2-piece fmr, offered in 20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Long sedans and luxury coupes, and deep solid colors where a wide polished dish is the brightest thing in the arch. We've rendered it on 231 cars so far — same studio frame each time, wheel swapped in place.

Questions, answered

What sizes does the HRE S104SC come in?

20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Diameter shown; width and offset are specified at order. It is forged 2-piece fmr, so the wheel is machined for the car rather than picked off a shelf. Reference builds include satin gold bronze, brushed clear, frozen gold and frozen polished dark clear, all over a polished dish.

Will the S104SC fit my car?

Almost certainly. Nothing in this set is cast — every wheel is forged to order, so width, offset, bolt pattern and centre bore are specified when you place the order. The variable that matters visually is diameter, and that is what these renders show.

Are these photos or renders?

Renders, and deliberately so. Each car is rendered once per wheel in the same studio frame, so the only thing that changes between two images is the wheel itself. A photo set shot in different places and different light can't give you that comparison.
