HRE Performance Wheels P161

A blunt five-arm Y star in three sizes

Thick arms, wide forks and a short bar across each fork give this face a chunky, star-like outline that has nothing in common with the delicate meshes elsewhere in the P1 set. The windows are large but the metal between them is heavy, so the wheel holds its shape even in a dark finish where finer designs would vanish.

The size list is short and specific: 18, 20 and 22 only. That is worth knowing early, because if your car sits best on 19s this design is simply not an option. Where it does fit, the blunt geometry works particularly well against curved, organic body shapes that need something rigid to push against.

Series P, forged monoblok, offered in 18", 20", 22". Curvaceous coupes and roadsters, and bright or saturated wraps that a heavy dark wheel can anchor. We've rendered it on 231 cars so far — same studio frame each time, wheel swapped in place.

Questions, answered

What sizes does the HRE P161 come in?

18", 20", 22". Diameter shown; width and offset are specified at order. It is forged monoblok, so the wheel is machined for the car rather than picked off a shelf. Reference builds include satin charcoal, gloss black, brushed dark clear, brushed red, polished dark clear and frozen stone bronze.

Will the P161 fit my car?

Almost certainly. Nothing in this set is cast — every wheel is forged to order, so width, offset, bolt pattern and centre bore are specified when you place the order. The variable that matters visually is diameter, and that is what these renders show.

Are these photos or renders?

Renders, and deliberately so. Each car is rendered once per wheel in the same studio frame, so the only thing that changes between two images is the wheel itself. A photo set shot in different places and different light can't give you that comparison.
