HRE Performance Wheels P106

Five spokes, each one a pair of thin blades

The trick is in the slot. Each of the five spokes is actually two slim blades running side by side with a narrow gap between them, held together at the hub and again near the rim. From ten paces you see a clean five-spoke; from arm's length you see the split, and the slot lines give the face an unexpected precision.

Two-scale designs like this photograph better than they sound, because the detail only appears when someone is close enough to care. On a car, the wide windows between the pairs keep the wheel looking light, while the doubled blades give it more visual structure than a plain five-spoke would have.

Series P, forged monoblok, offered in 19", 20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Sports coupes and fast sedans in warm metallic wraps, where a titanium or champagne wheel picks up the same temperature. We've rendered it on 231 cars so far — same studio frame each time, wheel swapped in place.

Questions, answered

What sizes does the HRE P106 come in?

19", 20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Diameter shown; width and offset are specified at order. It is forged monoblok, so the wheel is machined for the car rather than picked off a shelf. Photographed in brushed titanium and brushed clear, plus satin black, satin charcoal, gloss black and frozen dark clear.

Will the P106 fit my car?

Almost certainly. Nothing in this set is cast — every wheel is forged to order, so width, offset, bolt pattern and centre bore are specified when you place the order. The variable that matters visually is diameter, and that is what these renders show.

Are these photos or renders?

Renders, and deliberately so. Each car is rendered once per wheel in the same studio frame, so the only thing that changes between two images is the wheel itself. A photo set shot in different places and different light can't give you that comparison.
