RDB LA Twenty Three

Twenty slim spokes, machined silver over black

Twenty spokes is enough for a fine, even pattern without turning the face into a mesh. Each one is slim, with its front face machined to bright silver and the rest left gloss black, so the wheel looks silver head-on and darker as you walk around it. The effect is a set of thin silver lines floating over black.

Two-tone machined faces are an easy way to get a wheel that works on a dark car and a light one: the silver catches the light, the black ties it to the tire and the arch. It is the least dramatic design in this RDB LA set, and for that reason the one most likely to suit whatever wrap you end up choosing.

RDB LA, forged 1-, 2- or 3-piece, offered in 20", 21", 22", 23", 24", 25", 26". Almost any body style, and especially two-tone or color-shift wraps, where a silver-and-black wheel echoes the change in the film. We've rendered it on 251 cars so far — same studio frame each time, wheel swapped in place.

Questions, answered

What sizes does the RDB LA Twenty Three come in?

20", 21", 22", 23", 24", 25", 26". Diameter shown; width and offset are specified at order. It is forged 1-, 2- or 3-piece, so the wheel is machined for the car rather than picked off a shelf. Shown here with machined silver spoke faces over gloss black.

Will the Twenty Three fit my car?

Almost certainly. Nothing in this set is cast — every wheel is forged to order, so width, offset, bolt pattern and centre bore are specified when you place the order. The variable that matters visually is diameter, and that is what these renders show.

Are these photos or renders?

Renders, and deliberately so. Each car is rendered once per wheel in the same studio frame, so the only thing that changes between two images is the wheel itself. A photo set shot in different places and different light can't give you that comparison.
