HRE Performance Wheels 427M

The sculpted muscle face, in one color

Without the polished band the sculpture has to carry the wheel on its own, and it does. The teardrop pockets, the raised ridges between them and the open windows are all still there, but with a single tone across face and barrel the wheel reads as one carved object rather than as a face bolted into a rim. The hub fasteners stay visible.

Monotone finishes exaggerate shape, which suits a design this three-dimensional. It is also the more restrained of the two: a 427 with a bright lip announces itself from across the street, while a 427M in a muted satin lets the car do the talking and only reveals its detail up close.

Muscle, forged monoblok, offered in 17", 18", 19", 20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Sleeper builds and modernized classics, and muted wraps - gunmetal, deep olive, warm gray - that reward a second look. We've rendered it on 231 cars so far — same studio frame each time, wheel swapped in place.

Questions, answered

What sizes does the HRE 427M come in?

17", 18", 19", 20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Diameter shown; width and offset are specified at order. It is forged monoblok, so the wheel is machined for the car rather than picked off a shelf. The reference build is a single champagne-toned satin run across the whole wheel, with no contrasting lip.

Will the 427M fit my car?

Almost certainly. Nothing in this set is cast — every wheel is forged to order, so width, offset, bolt pattern and centre bore are specified when you place the order. The variable that matters visually is diameter, and that is what these renders show.

Are these photos or renders?

Renders, and deliberately so. Each car is rendered once per wheel in the same studio frame, so the only thing that changes between two images is the wheel itself. A photo set shot in different places and different light can't give you that comparison.
