HRE Performance Wheels 427

Sculpted arms hollowed into teardrop pockets

This one is worth looking at closely. Each broad arm is scooped out into a teardrop-shaped pocket rather than left solid, and those pockets alternate with open windows so the face has two kinds of dark area in it - shadowed hollows and actual holes. Exposed fasteners ring the hub, and a bright polished lip finishes the outside.

Faces with recessed pockets behave differently from flat ones as the car moves. The hollows stay dark while the raised ridges catch light, which gives the wheel a permanent highlight pattern that does not wash out in the sun. It is also why a matte finish suits this design better than most - there is already enough happening with the shape.

Muscle, forged 3-piece, offered in 18", 19", 20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Classic American iron and restomods, and matte or satin wraps that let the sculpted pockets do the work. We've rendered it on 231 cars so far — same studio frame each time, wheel swapped in place.

Questions, answered

What sizes does the HRE 427 come in?

18", 19", 20", 21", 22", 23", 24". Diameter shown; width and offset are specified at order. It is forged 3-piece, so the wheel is machined for the car rather than picked off a shelf. Reference builds show gloss silver and frozen dark clear faces against a polished clear lip.

Will the 427 fit my car?

Almost certainly. Nothing in this set is cast — every wheel is forged to order, so width, offset, bolt pattern and centre bore are specified when you place the order. The variable that matters visually is diameter, and that is what these renders show.

Are these photos or renders?

Renders, and deliberately so. Each car is rendered once per wheel in the same studio frame, so the only thing that changes between two images is the wheel itself. A photo set shot in different places and different light can't give you that comparison.
